To reserve your vacation we require payment one half the total rent; your rental will not be reserved until payment is received. The payment is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the time period you reserved. Payment of the balance is due 60 days prior to your rental date.

A US $500 security deposit is due at the time of payment to reserve your rental. Security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory check out.

Seascape is available to rent year round and can accommodate up to six people. You will forfeit the house if occupancy exceeds 6 persons, excluding babies and small children. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Please read, sign and return our rental contract with your 50% deposit and US $500 security deposit.
