seascape's secrets

Seascape is on the island of Great Exuma and is five miles northwest of George Town on the exquisite, white sand beach of Tar Bay. The property extends across seven secluded acres of land, with over 400 feet of private beach. Seascape's position and landscaping keep it private and unseen from the road.

The estate is comprised of four separate buildings. The main house has a modern kitchen and a spacious great room for relaxing or playing a hand of the local game of choice, dominos. Three individual guest houses, each with a bedroom, full bath, air conditioning and individual outdoor shower connect to the main house (and one another) via a deck.
